

Christina Gordon (Co-Founder and CEO) holds a dual master’s degree in International Finance and Applied Economics from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and also studied for a joint master’s degree in Women’s Studies and Sociology at Brandeis with a focus on women in the workplace. Christina is a former assistant fund manager and technology industry equity analyst at Wellington Management. She also worked as a stock analyst at Fidelity Investments. She is a trustee of a private foundation, a member of Women Moving Millions and currently sits on the board of Rosie’s Place, a sanctuary for poor and homeless women in Boston.








Sarah Hansman (Development Manager) holds a B.A. from Boston College in theology and higher education. After her studies, she made a career shift into the business world and runs Sales Strategy for Dell Technologies where she focuses on the organization’s go-to-market. She also launched a global program at Dell, Future Women of Sales, built to empower future sales leaders. Sarah volunteers with Boston College Kairos and St. Cecilia’s Boston and is passionate about using her skills to positively impact the individuals, communities, and systems around her, while encouraging young leaders to do the same.


Annie Tallas (Grant Manager) Annie Tallas holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, an M.S. in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and a B.A. from the University of Vermont. She has been involved in several research studies centering on juvenile justice, parole, and corrections and recently published an analysis of juvenile representation in delinquency proceedings. Annie serves on the board of Second Chance Cars, a nonprofit serving returning citizens and veterans, where she spearheaded their grant making and evaluation protocol.


Marta Lee-Perriard (Digital Media Marketing Manager) holds a Ph.D. in French Studies from Balliol College, Oxford University. She also earned a Master’s in Women’s Studies with Distinction at Oxford. After graduating, Marta pursued an international career in academic publishing at ProQuest and Cengage. Passionate about women’s empowerment, she leads the DEI strategy and action plans at her current company, in addition to her role managing partnerships with nonprofits. Marta currently serves as a Commonwealth Corps Fellow at the Cambridge Women’s Center, which offers a safe space to anyone for whom woman is a meaningful identifier or lived experience.

Caroline Kung (Strategic Initiatives Manager) is passionate about partnering with, investing in, and advising women entrepreneurs to scale and grow businesses with positive impact. Caroline was a Managing Director at H.I.G. Capital, a global private investment firm, and has served on the boards of numerous companies. Earlier in her career, Caroline worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and business planning at Armani. Caroline is a member of the Advisory Board for the Center for Women and Enterprise and Treasurer of the Boston Chapter of Alumnae-i Network for Harvard Women. She also volunteers with Beacon Hill Village and FriendshipWorks to help alleviate elder challenges. Caroline has an A.B. in Psychology and East Asian Studies from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
